Step one, just squeeze
the juices from three mature leaves of the shandelay plant into a table spoon.
Step two, add a pinch of salt and swallow in a single shot.
Step three, Follow up the shot with a
tablespoon of pure honey.
Step four, rest for two hours
In chronic situations repeat
the shot after 4 hours.

ReplyDeleteIt taste really bad but I use it every time for those stubborn coughs.
ReplyDeleteGood stuff, when used properly cold comes out of nose and throat. You would be surprised that you had so much cold back up in your chest.
