1 cup of freshly chopped pineapple
1 ripe banana without skin
1 inch piece of freshly peeled ginger
2 handfuls of spinach
1 cup of fresh coconut water from the
nut
Some crushed ice
Place in a blender and gave it a
smoothie blend

ReplyDeleteI love a smoothie for breakfast, its fast, easy and so healthy! Green drinks are very detoxifying and adding a fruit makes it delicious too. I highly recommend it :)
