The soursop fruit is native to Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central and
South America. It's also known as custard apple, guanabana and Brazilian paw
paw.
Practitioners of herbal medicine
use soursop fruit and leaves to treat
stomach ailments, fever, parasitic infections, hypertension and rheumatism.
It is used as a sedative, as well.

The white pulp of a ripe soursop
is extracted and the seeds removed. The roughage from the pulp is then washed in one litre of water and extracted after the soursop juice is squeezed of it, one tin of Condensed
milk and a tin of evaporated cow’s milk
is then added to the soursop water, with a dash of essence.The mixture is then
