The Five Easy Steps From Barbadine to Barbadine
Punch
Step 1 Cut the ripe barbadine in half , remove the seeds and peel out the
outer skin. Remove the pulp and place in a bowl.
Step 2 Blend half of the pulp together
with one cup of full cream milk and one cup of evaporated milk.
Step 3
Blend the
other half of the pulp as stated in step 2
Step 4
Pour the mixtures into a container and add sugar to
taste.
Step 5
Serve with Crush Ice
